PAMELA J. MUNDO, AICP, CEcD

President

Pam Mundo is an accomplished economic development executive and community planner with significant experience in project development and board leadership. She assists municipalities in designing strategic economic development initiatives and comprehensive community plans and is recognized for her ability to bring these strategies to life. Her efforts have produced successful and award winning projects spanning retail, high-tech, industrial, transit-oriented, and mixed-use developments She has a proven ability to engage and motivate local leaders, sparking investment, generating jobs, and drive community prosperity. Pam’s collaborations with private sector partners have produced vibrant town centers, healthcare facilities, downtown revitalization projects, retail developments, and technology parks.

Jason Mundo is a civil engineer and economic developer who brings a broad perspective to project design and market needs. He provides expertise in project management and design reviews across TIRZ/TIF developments, stormwater systems, roads, water and sewer capital improvements, residential land development, parks, airports, environmental projects, and traffic signals. As an economic developer, Jason helps communities attract investment, grow wealth, create jobs, and build their economies. He also assists businesses and investors in securing economic incentives, navigating grants, and choosing sites in coordination with municipalities and government agencies. In addition, Jason delivers civil engineering services to private sector land developers.

Joe Mundo is a civil engineer specializing in providing professional design, management and review services for public and private sector projects. Also, Joe provides construction management/inspection, capital program development and implementation, peer reviews/ evaluations, and design-build owner representation. Recently, Joe has successfully designed and managed the construction of the $2,500,000 City Gun Barrel community center. Joe completed the design and construction management for the McLennan County, Tradinghouse Lake Park with lake boarding piers and accessible recreational facilities. He is also designing the Falls County - Brazos River Boating Access Ramp and Facilities for the Falls on the Brazos River County Park. Joe has extensive experience providing consulting civil engineering services for large public works, transit and transportation programs and project across the United States and Puerto Rico.
