Vice President
Jason Mundo is an Economic Developer and Civil Engineer with fourteen years of consulting engineering design experience in a very wide range of fields including storm water drainage, traffic signal design, highways, light rail transit, residential land development, airport and aircraft facilities, and solid waste management services. Mr. Mundo has 4 years of NEPA environmental document experience and is trained and experienced in wetland delineation as well as experienced in noise level and air quality analysis. Additionally, Jason Mundo’s experience as an economic developer and civil engineer allows for a unique perspective in assisting local communities decide strategies and implement goals considering the marketplace as well as civil design. Jason Mundo has completed a Capital Infrastructure Investment Program for a Town comparing cost of new infrastructure against the increases in land value. This study provided an economic development decision-making tool to assist the Economic Development Corporation in selecting infrastructure projects based on investment impact.
Jason works with several Texas Type A and Type B Corporations on various projects implementing their strategic planning goals, building incentive tools and drafting the framework for incentive deals. Mr. Mundo works with Economic Development Corporations at their monthly and annual meetings to update their strategic plan goals and strategies. Jason’s broad experience, education, and design flexibility have allowed him to be successfully placed in a variety of design and development situations to help project teams meet their goals.
